SoundFridge uses the third party system Ecwid for all payments processing, including for credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other systems.  At no point does your sensitive financial information come into our possession.  SoundFridge does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described previously. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, SoundFridge may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in SoundFridge’s sole discretion. SoundFridge encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

GDRP compliance

SoundFridge.com does not collect Personally Identifiable Information except that which you willingly provide for the purposes of completing your transaction with us.  For our clients in the European Union, you should know the following:

1. Only the owner of this website, Dalan E. Decker, has access to any Personal Information you may provide.
2. At present, the only Personal Information about you that we collect is what you provide.  This includes only the data that is important for processing your order.  This includes the following information: The name you provide, your e-mail address, and the name of your project.  You can provide any name and e-mail address you wish, including private ones.
3. Specific steps we take to secure your privacy: Each time you order from SoundFridge.com, we generate a special page to deliver the audio to you.  This page is secret and can only be accessed by a special link we e-mail to you.  This page is password protected and can only be accessed with your password.  The page is permanently deleted 15 days after delivery to protect your privacy.  All audio content is deleted from our servers as well.
4.  In the e-commerce section of our website, we use the third-party service Ecwid for all transactions.  Ecwid is a GDRP-compliant third party that handles all of our e-commerce, including monetary transactions.  Ecwid may use cookies.  To see their GDRP compliance information, click here.
